We clear the drain line, inspect the pan, and check the condensate pump if your system has one.
Evaporator coil cleaning. The evaporator coil sits inside the air handler and is where refrigerant absorbs heat from your home’s air. A coil coated with dust and biological growth reduces both cooling capacity and dehumidification.
